Shipping policy

At Novelty Roasts, every bag of coffee is freshly roasted to order, carefully packaged, and delivered to your door at peak flavor. We believe your coffee should never sit on a shelf. It's crafted just for you so you can experience true freshness with every sip. 

Order Processing & Shipping Times

When you place an order with Novelty Roasts, your coffee is added to our daily roasting schedule right away. Each order is typically roasted, labeled, and packed within 2 to 5 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location in the United States. We currently ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx, choosing the best carrier to get your coffee to you quickly and at its freshest. Please note that we do not offer expedited shipping because our focus is on roasting coffee fresh to order—never rushing stale bags to your doorstep. 

Order Changes

Because your coffee is made just for you, we get started on your order soon after it's placed. If you need to change or cancel an order, please reach out to us immediately at orders@noveltyroasts.com with your order number. Once your order enters the roasting or fulfillment state, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. 

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your freshly roasted coffee on its journey to your doorstep. If your tracking status shows "pre-shipment", your order is likely still being roasted or packaged and will ship as soon as it's ready.
