Refund policy

Because every bag of Novelty Roasts coffee is custom roasted just for you and coffee is a perishable product, we're unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 7 days of delivery by emailing orders@noveltyroasts.com with your order number. We'll do our best to make it right so you can enjoy your coffee as it was meant to be—fresh and delicious! 

Note: Please DO NOT send back any product. Doing so does not warrant or initiate any form of refund and it only wastes product as we're forced to throw it out. Contact us at orders@noveltyroasts.com so that we can solve the issue for you.
